PEPPIE PRIVACY POLICY
Peppie ("Peppie," "we," "us," or "our") provides a personal tracking,
calculation, and educational tool for logging peptide and compound
regimens. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how
we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating
an account or using Peppie, you agree to this Policy.
Peppie is a tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not recommend doses. Always
consult a qualified healthcare professional about any health decision.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only the information needed to run the app. We do not buy or
sell personal information, and we do not use your information for
advertising.
a) Information you provide
Account information: your email address (used for sign-in via a
one-time code) and an optional display name.Tracking data you enter: peptides, compounds, and blends you add;
vial, capsule, and bottle details; doses, schedules, and dose logs;
reconstitution and calculation inputs; check-ins and progress notes;
weight and wellness ratings you choose to log; and any notes you
write.Photos you choose to provide: images of vial labels, protocol
documents, or progress photos that you capture or upload.
b) Information created by your use of the app
Logs and history generated as you use Peppie (e.g., dose history,
vial inventory changes, audit records of confirmations and edits).A randomly generated account identifier used to associate your data
with your account.
c) Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history,
financial information, or advertising identifiers.We do not use third-party advertising or analytics-for-advertising
SDKs.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information only to:
Provide the app's core features: tracking, calculation, scheduling,
reminders, inventory, education, and report generation.Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
Send the dose and vial reminders you enable (you control these).
Operate, maintain, and improve the app's functionality.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
IMAGE PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
When you use the vial-scan or document-upload features, the image you
provide is transmitted to third-party artificial-intelligence providers
(currently Google (Gemini) and/or OpenAI) for the sole purpose of
extracting text from the image (for example, the peptide name, strength,
and expiration date). This means these images leave your device and are
processed by those providers under their own privacy and data-handling
practices.
We send only the image necessary to perform the extraction. We do not
send these providers your account identity for advertising or profiling.
You can avoid this entirely by entering your information manually instead
of scanning — every scan feature has a manual-entry alternative, and the
app is fully functional without granting camera or photo access.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers: with the AI providers described in Section 4 (for
image text extraction) and with our infrastructure and hosting
providers that store your data so the app can function. These
providers may process data only to provide services to us.Reports you generate: when you create a PDF or CSV report and choose
to share it (for example, with a healthcare professional), you
control where it goes. Peppie does not transmit reports anywhere on
your behalf without your action.Legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to
protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for
third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your information for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your data at any time from Settings → "Delete my data."
This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and all associated
data — including your peptides, vials, protocols, dose logs, scans,
progress entries, reports, and stored images — from our systems. Once
deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your
information, including encryption in transit and access controls on
stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHILDREN
Peppie is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under
18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you
believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at
help@heypeppie.com and we will delete it.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Access and deletion: you can view your data in the app and delete it
at any time (Section 6).Permissions: you control camera, photo, and notification access
through your device settings; the app functions without them.Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under
laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including rights to access, correct,
or delete your data. To exercise these, contact us at
help@heypeppie.com.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you use Peppie outside [your country], your information may be
processed in [your country] and in the countries where our service
providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than
your own.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material
changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where
appropriate, notify you in the app.
